Guide for trainers
How to make Elevatio work for you
Elevatio turns Instagram followers into paying clients. This guide walks you through the system in the order it's meant to be used — from setting up your page to your first clients. Each step takes 10–15 minutes.
Step 1
Set up your page
Your page lives at your-name.elevatio.app — it's the first thing future clients see when they tap the link in your bio.
Add your logo, a tagline (one sentence on what you do and for whom), a cover photo, an "About me" text with your photo, and your Instagram handle. Without these the page feels empty, and the AI assistant writes more generic content.
Make the tagline specific: "Strength training for busy women 30+" sells better than "Personal trainer".
Step 2
Create membership levels
Levels are what you sell. Create one free level — everyone who takes the quiz or joins a challenge lands there automatically — and one or more paid levels (e.g. online program, personal training).
For each level enter the price and what's included, one item per line. Levels are shown on your page, and you can limit challenges, events and offers to specific levels.
Your free level is your list of future clients — people who showed interest but don't pay yet.
Step 3
Body-analysis quiz — your link in bio
The free quiz calculates calories and macros and shows a sample day of meals. At the end the visitor leaves their email and becomes a lead: you get a notification, they get their results by email.
From the results email they join your free level with one click and get a card and a meal plan. In "Leads" you track who's new, who you've contacted and who became a client.
Put the quiz link in your Instagram bio and mention it in a story at least once a week: "Take the free body analysis — link in bio".
Step 4
Launch a challenge
A challenge (e.g. a 6-week transformation) is the fastest way to get new people and visible results. Create it, publish it and share the public link — anyone who joins without being a member becomes one on your free level.
Participants log measurements (weight, plus optional waist, photo and note) daily, weekly or monthly — you choose. The leaderboard shows only first names and % change; photos are visible only to you and the member. You can add a prize and a WhatsApp group link.
Limit a challenge to a paid level and participants have to buy that level — the challenge becomes a sale.
Step 5
Turn free members into clients
Offers let you email your members: write a title and text, choose levels (e.g. only free — the people from the quiz and challenges) and save. The email goes out only when you click Publish; the offer then also shows on members' cards and your page.
Before sending, click Preview to get a test email yourself. New events and bundles are also announced by email when you publish them.
Example: "First session free for quiz members — reply to this email by Friday". One clear offer, a deadline and one step.
Step 6
AI assistant
The AI assistant button in the bottom-right corner opens a chat that knows your levels and prices, member and lead counts, challenges, events and offers. Ask it for Instagram posts, reel ideas with scripts, a plan for the next few weeks or how to get your first clients.
It can also prepare things in the portal as drafts: an email to members (offer), an event, a challenge or a loyalty promotion — e.g. "Create a 6-week challenge starting Monday with a 100 EUR prize". A link to the draft appears under its reply. The AI never publishes or sends anything on its own: you review, edit and publish (loyalty promotions are created inactive — switch them on when ready).
The better your page is filled in (step 1), the more specific its answers. Check every post before publishing — AI can make mistakes.
Step 7
Extra value: events, loyalty, partners, nutrition
Events — group sessions, workshops, camps; members sign up from their card. Loyalty promotions — stamps for visits (e.g. every 10th session free): scan the member's card on the scan page. Partners — discounts at supplement shops, gear stores and the like for your members.
Meal plans — start from the ready-made template catalog, adjust and assign to a client. Members coming from the quiz automatically get the closest template.
You don't need everything at once. Once steps 1–5 are done, add what your clients actually care about.
Frequently asked questions
-
Every member gets a link to their personal card by email and can save it to their phone like an app (Android and iPhone). On the card they see their level, offers, events, challenges and meal plan.
-
Through your sign-up link — find it on the dashboard under "Share & promote". Those sign-ups wait for your approval in "Members → Pending requests". You can also add members manually.
-
If online payments are enabled for your account, members pay by card when they move to a paid level. If not, you charge them as you do today and change their level manually in "Members".
-
No. The assistant only gets totals — member and lead counts, levels and prices, challenges and events. Never names, emails or individual members' measurements.
-
A published offer is sent once. For a new campaign create a new offer — or ask the AI assistant to write it.
-
Some features are enabled per account. Email [email protected] and we'll turn them on.
-
Each account has a monthly message limit (300 by default) — you can see how many you've used under the chat input. It resets on the 1st of the month; if you need more, let us know.
